组屋 vs 祖屋

Whoever named HDB flats 组屋 is either very clever or very lucky, because I think it helps to increase the desirability of the flats and lulls many Chinese into a false sense of security.

Many people bought 组屋 (grouped or organised blocks of houses) but actually what they really wanted was a 祖屋 (ancestral home or a house which can be passed down for generations)
